With 14 years as a GP, two years as a Clinical Champion for Physical Activity for Public Health England and a love of running, Dr Juliet McGrattan has a passion for improving health and wellbeing through physical activity. Her book, Sorted: The Active Women’s Guide to Health was published by Bloomsbury last year. She blogs, writes and presents regularly on the topic of physical activity for health and is the resident Health Expert for Women’s Running magazine. She practices what she preaches as she is a keen marathon runner, founder of her local running club and the UK Manager and Women’s Health Lead for 261 Fearless, a global non-profit network working to empower women through running.
