This course is aimed to focus upon the form, proportions and structure of the human figure through considered, observational drawing. Students will be guided with demonstrations and the encouraged use of a range of methods and techniques to further their drawing skills, thus broadening their approaches and understanding of the figure. Beginners welcome.
The sessions will be led by artist Nick Banks who runs other popular drawing classes at the Lit & Phil and has taught life drawing at Art schools for many years.
Students will need to provide their own range of pencils and cartridge drawing pads no larger than A2.
This is a 10 week course starting on Thursday 19th April. Sessions are from 10.30am-12.30pm
Cash or cheques for the full fee will be required at the first session.
