Howard Linskey’s third book in his north-east crime series will be published on 4th May. The Search follows Behind Dead Eyes and No Name Lane and features journalists Tom Carney and Helen Norton. Howard is also the author of a trilogy featuring Geordie whitecollar gangster David Blake in The Drop, The Damage and The Dead. L.J.Ross has recently released High Force, the fifth book in the series of DCI Ryan mystery novels, all based in her home county of Northumberland. Her debut novel Holy Island was released in January 2015 and was soon top of the Amazon Kindle UK bestsellers chart before going on to become an international bestseller. Matt Wesolowski’s debut novella The Black Land, is a horror set on the Northumberland coast. His second, set in the forests of Sweden, is now available. His debut novel Six Stories, already acclaimed as an eBook, hears from multiple protagonists and the reader is challenged to decide who’s guilty. Matt is also an English tutor.
Shelley Day (chair) has been a litigation lawyer, a psychology lecturer and a research professor. These days she mainly writes fiction.
