Room Hire
We have three rooms available for hire at very reasonable rates. The Lecture Room and The Loftus Room both hold up to 90 people and the Committee Room will accommodate 20. Each room costs £55 for ½ day, or £110 for a full day.
Internet Access and Wi-Fi
Internet access is available to members and non-members. Each half hour session costs 50p for members and £1 for non-members. Sessions may be booked up to 7 days in advance, either by telephone, email or in person.
We are delighted to now offer members Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) in the Reference Room of the library. Should you wish to make use of it, please report to the main library desk. This service is available FREE of charge.

Piano Hire
Our grand piano is available to hire for £7.50 per hour, or £3.75 per ½ hour.
Photocopying
We offer a photocopying service for members, costing 15p for A4 and 20p for A3.
Due to copyright regulations, any member requesting a copy of an item in copyright must complete a copyright declaration form stating the copy is for private study or research for a non-commercial purpose. Please ask staff for details.
