Pat Lowery gives an illustrated whistle-stop talk on some of the best bits of our history. You’ll get a glimpse of one of Newcastle’s hidden gems, with stories of the biggest independent library outside London, some of its illustrious members and the famous people who visited. Join at any time. An ideal taster if you can’t stay for a guided tour or if you don’t like stairs.
